Moonlight Punting is held on the occasion of "Kojagiri Purnima" (Full Moon). Everyone is given a chance to ride a punt in the dimly lit waters of the Mula river.
Under the beautiful Full Moon and with the company of friends, this event is enjoyed by many students of COEP. It is concluded by providing everyone with the traditional Masala Doodh - enjoyed as a refreshment on Kojagiri.

On the occasion of "Khande Navami" (9th day of Navaratri), all the boats are washed which makes them look as good as new!
The Gym competition is also held where everyone can witness the strength, endurance and stamina of various people as they take part in this competition. A variety of rounds consisting of push-ups, bench press, squats, plank, power circuit etc. are held and the winners are given exciting prizes.
The cheering from the audience and the sheer will of the participants makes this a breathtaking event.

Jalmaitri yatra is a journey from the origin of Mutha river to the COEP Boat Club. Its aim is "to create a sense of awareness among the citizens of Pune regarding the risks involving water pollution". Various competitions like poster making, street plays etc. are arranged which deliver the message of problems related to water pollution.
Jalmaitri Water Camp is also organized by COEP Boat Club. Many students take part in this water camp which is held during Makar Sankranti. After this camp students start practicing for the prestigious annual event - Regatta!
